2. Products & Use Disclaimer

Our e‑bike bundle kits are sold as aftermarket components intended for off‑road, private property, or track use unless otherwise stated. Certain kits may not be legal for use on public roads, bike paths, or shared pathways in your jurisdiction.

It is your sole responsibility to:

  • Check and comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations

  • Ensure the final assembled e‑bike is legal where it is ridden

  • Register, insure, or certify the bike if required by law

We are not responsible for any fines, penalties, impoundment, or legal consequences arising from improper or unlawful use.

3. Installation & Mechanical Responsibility

Our Products are sold as DIY kits and require mechanical and electrical knowledge to install correctly.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Installation is performed at your own risk

  • Improper installation can cause serious injury, death, or property damage

  • We are not responsible for installation errors, misuse, or modifications

We strongly recommend professional installation by a qualified bicycle or e‑mobility technician.

4. Assumption of Risk

Operating high‑powered e‑bikes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loss of control, collisions, mechanical failure, and serious injury.

By purchasing and/or using our Products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

  • Installation

  • Modification

  • Riding and operation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from use of our Products.

5. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in [Currency] unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Correct pricing or product description errors

  • Limit quantities purchased per order

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is received and the order is confirmed.

6. Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Supply chain disruptions

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any Products that have been used, installed, test-fitted, modified, or ridden

  • Once a kit or component has been installed or shows signs of use, it is strictly non-refundable

  • Electrical components are non-refundable once opened or powered on

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

Any approved returns (where legally required) must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

  • Be returned at the customer’s expense

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

8. Warranties

  • We make no guarantees regarding performance, speed, range, or compatibility

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voltyra, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of any laws or regulations
